These terms govern the use of the WEMA platform by customers and therapists.

1. Scope of the service
WEMA operates as a digital platform that connects customers with independent wellness and massage professionals. WEMA does not provide therapy services itself and is not the employer of the therapists listed.
2. User accounts
Booking or providing services requires an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity carried out through your account.
3. Bookings and cancellations
Every booking is confirmed by the therapist. Cancellations can be made from your dashboard. Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on your account.
4. Payments
Session payments are made directly to the therapist (cash, IRIS or bank transfer). WEMA does not process these payments and never stores card details. Therapist subscriptions are billed monthly according to the selected plan.
5. Therapist obligations
Therapists confirm that they hold the required licences and certifications, follow hygiene and safety rules, and provide strictly lawful wellness and massage services.
6. Limitation of liability
WEMA makes every effort to vet the professionals on the platform, but is not liable for the quality of an individual session or for disputes between a customer and a therapist.
7. Changes to these terms
WEMA may update these terms. Users are informed of material changes through the platform or by email.
